Course No. 1

  3. Oshibori | Disposable Hand Wipes

  4. Two Instant Miso Soups: Place miso block into a cup or bowl. Add 160ml of hot water. Stir and enjoy!

  5. Mixed Greens with Yuzu Kosho Dressing: Toss the lettuce in the dressing and serve
    *This dressing is a little spicy!

Course No. 2

Taiwanese Mazesoba with Ground Pork, Onsen Eggs, Scallions and Bonito Powder

Clockwise in Photo:

  1. 2 Onsen Eggs

  2. Half Pint of Ground Pork

  3. 2 oz Scallions

  4. Sauces + Garnishes (See Detail)

  5. 2 Portions of Wide Noodles

Instructions for one portion:

  1. Put a pot of water on the stove and turn it on High to boil

  2. Microwave ground pork for 60 seconds

  3. In a bowl, add half of the sauce and half of the oil and put aside

  4. Put one set of noodles in the water and cook for 6-7 minutes, the noodles should be al dente

  5. Strain noodles (leaving a little water is good and will help thicken the sauce)

  6. Put in the bowl and toss with sauce and oil mixture

  7. Add the ground pork on top

  8. Garnish with scallions, nori, bonito powder and onsen egg (peel egg first)

  9. Take a picture! Send it to us! And then mix it all together before you eat it - YUM!

Bonus Snack

Pork Belly Sando on a Potato Bun with Greens and a Soft Boiled Egg

Instructions:

  1. Peel the soft boiled eggs and cut in half

  2. Toast the bun and the pork belly in a pan on the stove

  3. Assemble sandwich with lettuce, pork belly and egg
