Spring Arrival 春

Dear Club Members,

There’s a moment each year when everything shifts… the air softens, the light lingers longer, and the first namazake of the season begin to arrive at the end of a long Winter brewing season. These sakes are vibrant, borderline effervescent, and alive in a way that feels unmistakably of Spring. They are fleeting by nature, meant to be experienced right now, at their peak.

In addition to these bright stars, we have the return of some old favorites like Izumibashi Black Dragonfly and not one, but three bottles from Shichi Hon Yari in anticipation of a visit from the brewery in May. Their shizuku style junmai daiginjo is not to be missed.

We hope you will join us for a glass or two and taste this season as it melts into flowers and sunshine.

Love,
Alyssa
