Dear Club Members,
Welcome to Onsen Winter. Our absolute favorite seasonal menu to show off how delightful these snowy months can be. Our big flex this season is an impressive new wine list full of wines from Japan. Both vinifera and hybrids grapes are represented and if you do not know what that means… they are so delicious that it doesn’t really matter. The star of the show is the “Kita No Novo” Blanc de Blanc from Coco Farm and Winery to pop for your favorite Capricorn or Aquarius. Claire and I will be visiting the winery in February and promise to report back on how cool it is.
Onsen Winter is always our theme for this season, a chance to romanticize Winter by warming sake, over indulging on citrus, gossiping at the bar over twinkling candle light and snacking on some delicious new treats (do not miss the corn soup snack).
