Hanami Spring
The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Japan and everyone is celebrating “hanami” or flower viewing. We will too if only to manifest warmer temperatures and our own flowers blooming in our gardens. Celebrate with us by drinking a little namazake (unpasteurized) sake at the top of this menu. When the cherry blossoms bloom, the sake brewing season ends and for a limited time we get the freshest expression of some of our favorite bottles and breweries. Learn more about namazake here.
