Yes! Sake made in Mexico. Nami launched in September of 2016 but just reached New England this month. The sake is made from yamada nishiki rice from Japan milled to 55% and brewed in Culiacan, Sinaloa on the West Coast of Mexico on the opposite side of the Gulf of California from Cabo San Lucas

It's the 30th Anniversary of the first Lychee Martini at Sake Bar Decibel in New York's East Village. Moy’s gorgeous homage to the classic invented in 1993 at Sake Bar Decibel in New York’s East Village. Moy clarifies the lychee and then adds a little Amabuki Gin No Kurenai (the sake is pink!) to the mix making the cocktail (and us) blush.
