The Koji Club is letting its hair down this month. While we are still a virtual sake bar and a super safe space to drink with new friends… The brick and mortar bar I dream of opening has a menu that shifts with the seasons.

This beverage menu sings with tomato season! We partnered with our friends and former colleagues (from o ya New York) at Heiwa World to give you a Tomato Ohitashi recipe to play with during this epic month of gorgeous produce. The recipe is included with your tomato kit.

Your tomato season sake kit contains a bottle and a glass cup of Japanese sake, a bottle of sherry and a bottle of red wine from the Canary Islands to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.
